Allison Rossett has been my “go to consultant” as I served as CLO in three different organizations. She is a trusted business partner with experience and expertise as a learning leader that have been invaluable to me.

‘For more than 20 years, Allison Rossett supported the National Cryptologic School and was a cornerstone in our efforts to establish a Master’s level Education curriculum for the Agency’s technical adjunct faculty. The skills that people gained in Allison’s Quick and Dirty Needs Asssessment and Job Aids and Performance Support Systems courses enabled them to document critical task dependencies and hidden knowledge and to use that documentation to establish workplace learning to support knowledge transfer to newer analysts. In later years, we modified and implemented her Q&D Front End Analysis process to determine if training was the best intervention for proposed new learning solutions.

Allison Rossett has taught me everything that I know about what it takes to build a world-class performance support system for our sales organization. I have called upon Allison to come in and educate our training and operations executives on the latest thinking in learning strategy and how to implement it in a fast-paced high-technology environment. Her experience and instruction are practical and actionable and we have put many of her tips and techniques into action with measurable results.

Allison has helped us on several strategic projects over the years, from figuring out how to embed the principles of good instructional design into our L&D processes around the world, to helping our designers raise the bar on their real-world application of what they learned (and forgot?) in school, to providing 1:1 coaching to high-potential L&D professionals as they’ve taken on new responsibilities. She’s one of the first people I call when I have a challenge.
